Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato di 70 mq totali, dotato di ampia zona giorno, cucina, camera da letto, un divano letto e un bagno. É situato al piano terra, all'interno di un cortile privato fruibile da auto, quindi con parcheggio gratuito di fianco all'alloggio. Il complesso è generalmente tranquillo ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente i luoghi di interesse, anche lasciando l'auto parcheggiata, godendo comunque di quiete. il centro storico dista a pochi minuti a piedi.
