New Hampshire Lakes Region Home With Beach Access

Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

We have a large backyard, amazing deck with hot tub, gas grill, wood pellet smoker, indoor fire place, outdoor fireplace, Roku TV in bedrooms, WiFi indoor and outdoor, 10 Adirondack chairs, floats and kayaks. Lake Winni is only 200’ with direct access and includes a 40’ boat dock that holds 2 boats up to 28’.

The Nook at Ambrose Cove

This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. Located less than 2 miles from the Ctr Harbor - Lake Winni boat launch & beach and less than a mile from the Red Hill trailhead that affords wonderful views of Squam Lake & Winnipesaukee from the peak. Beach access to small shared pond where you can kayak, canoe, paddle board and swim is within walking distance of the property. Gunstock (35min) and Waterville Valley (45min). Max of 4 people.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.
