Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
