A perfectly positioned location between Bendigo, Castlemaine and Maldon, your base to explore the attractions Central Victoria has to offer, including great local wineries & artisan goods. Our area is home to an abundance of nature, from kangaroos to echidnas to wombats.

Enjoy the peaceful warmth of Noonameena, our 'bush resting place'. 'Noons' is a straw bale luxury home on 20 acres of rural land, river views, easy access to Lake Eppalock and the Heathcote wine region. 'Noons' was built adopting Passive House principles which offers comfortable temperatures all year round, clean, fresh and filtered air throughout the home and is clean, calm and comfortable backdrop for your special stay. Kids are welcome as are your furry 4 legged friends.

House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna. In the heart of the Goldfields region there is plenty to explore including outdoor activities, the arts, festivals, historical sites and great cafes, restaurants and wineries.

Studio - HeartStone Hill

A beautiful private studio in a peaceful elevated bush setting only a few minutes drive from town. Close to The Mill, the Botanical Gardens and the centre of town. It is styled with quirky vintage finds from the area and a super comfortable king size bed with beautiful bedding including pillow top and an ensuite bathroom. The 2.5 acre property is inclusive of the main house where we reside, the pool side area and the studio.
