Modern Mt. Baker - Glacier Cabin

Newly built, contemporary Mt. Baker Ski area cabin in great neighborhood. Enjoy a wood fire in the spacious, open concept living room/kitchen. This private, comfortable and cozy cabin is finished with quality materials and will make you want to come back again and again, we didn't want to leave. The bedroom features a king size memory foam bed that will remind you of a luxury hotel. The bathroom bathroom boasts a custom tile shower and heated floors to keep your feet cozy in the morning. In the kitchen, we chose all stainless steel appliances and have stocked it with quality cookware so you can cook your own gourmet meals. Or, you can go to one of the local bars/restaurants in the small town of Glacier, just up the road. In the living room, there is a wood stove that keeps the entire cabin super warm with minimal effort and for entertainment, there is a digital media player with tons of movies already loaded (or you can bring your own on a USB drive) and an ipod dock for music. In the summer, enjoy our large deck after a solid hike or mountain bike ride and if you have relatives with a camper, we have a perfect level parking spot with power and water. For additional guests, the couch folds into a very comfortable full size bed with all of the appropriate bedding. We do want to keep the guest number to 4 people so the place stays nice for everyone. There is a washer and drier for your laundry needs, as well as a drying rack by the wood stove for your mountain gear. in the winter, Glacier is great for downhill skiing, world class powder at Mt. Baker, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. What people are discovering more and more, is all of the recreation possibilities in Glacier in the summer. Hiking, Mt. Biking, rafting, kayaking and dirt biking are just the beginning.

Plan your next getaway along the Skagit River also known as the “Wild and Scenic.” Beautiful views surround every side of this charming stilt cabin sitting on five acres of Skagit River frontage. Visitors can enjoy scenic views from our barrel sauna, hot tub and outdoor shower seated right over the river. Enjoy a full day of hiking, fishing, boating, bicycling, or just chilling by the campfireThe studio cabin is a convenient base for exploring the beautiful Skagit Valley and North Cascades Park.

Forested Getaway - Hot Tub, Hike, Bike and Lake

The Forested Getaway is in Sudden Valley, a lakeside "village" nestled in the forests of Lake Whatcom. Grab your hiking shoes or mountain bike and hop on the trail right behind the rental, which also connects to Galbraith, a nationally recognized mntn biking venue. After, slide into the hot tub, or relax by the fire pit. Take the kids to the playground, the lake, or the pup to the dog park! Don't forget shopping or a visit to the many breweries in town! Did we mention the Taylor Shellfish??

Thompson Cabin- Lake Front

Come stay at our newly remodeled family lake cabin located on Cain Lake. Extra love was put into this place as it has been passed down the generations. Open concept from the kitchen to the dining room into the living room overlooking the lake. Extra family room perfect for game night. Venture outside to the large deck surrounded by bliss. Take it all in down at the large dock with views of the rest of the lake. This cabin is not perfect but is dear to our heart so please treat it like your own.

The Forest Hermitage of Turtle Haven Sanctuary

The Forest Hermitage is part of Turtle Haven Sanctuary nearby and has a specific purpose of providing inspiration and retreat for artists, writers, naturalists, and those drawn to stillness and inner contemplation, in need of rest, and renewal. The two-story structure is located in a forest grove on several wooded acres, across the road from a view of the Nooksack River and valley. This Pacific Northwest corner is renowned for its spawning salmon in season, abundant eagles, and other wildlife.

Rustic Retreat

Quiet, private, secluded home on 25 acres of forested land. The home was built from logs milled on site. Enjoy filtered spring water, natural light, stargazing, & views of the tops of Mount Baker and the Sisters on a clear day. Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Well-behaved, house trained, and supervised pets are welcome with a per pet fee.

Looking for a place to experience "social distancing"? This quiet, cozy house is located on Cornell Creek Road at mile post 31 of the Mount Baker Highway between Maple Falls and Glacier, Washington about 25 miles from Artist's Point and the Mt. Baker ski area. Pets are OK if well behaved.
