Historic Harbour Masters House right on the beach

Historic Harbour Masters House is nestled between the ocean and the centre of town, right by the jetty. Harbour Masters is the only absolute ocean front property in Beachport and was recently renovated to a superior standard. The cottage has recently been renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, wood burning fireplace, library, large kitchen with dishwasher, new bathroom with skylight and separate toilet, laundry with new washer and dryer facilities. Enjoy the luxury of Sheridan linen and towels. The Cottage has NBN Wifi mesh and G-Nest speakers, bedside USB ports on either side of all bedrooms. An exceptional property to experience.

Karatta Cottage is part of a seaside home built in 1858 for the Jones family to escape the inland heat of the dry Limestone Coast summer. A romantic getaway across from the sparkling waters of Karatta Beach and overlooking Lake Butler Marina, Karatta Cottage is the perfect location for a couples’ getaway. It is full of historic seaside charm and is just as good for snuggling up on a grey rainy day in front of the fire with a good book and glass of wine as it is to enjoy in the summer months.

Karrawirra Cottage - self contained and stylish

You will find our renovated, freestone cottage situated in a quiet, one-way street, a short walk into the centre of town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds, quality linen and fans. Rainwater supplies our fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Reverse cycle air conditioning and an electric fireplace ensure year round comfort. We offer continental breakfast provisions that include fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, butter, bread and cereals.

Williamstone Cottage (circa 1920)

Williamstone Cottage is located near gorgeous Long Beach . This beautiful old limestone cottage has been created into a family beach retreat. There are 3 bedrooms configured as one queen bedroom, a king bedroom and a third bedroom with two singles. All beds will be made with linen and bath towels provided. Wi-Fi is provided, your dog is very welcome with the backyard fully fenced.
