Looking for the perfect family base at Mt Buller? Welcome to Mark II 3 West – a warm and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment designed for comfort and convenience in every season. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families or small groups. The open-plan living and dining area features a cosy fireplace and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that let in all the natural light and alpine views. A fully equipped kitchen and hydronic heating throughout and close to the Village Square as well!

3 min to Mt Buller Gate, this luxury renovated Lodge-style holiday house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, indoor & outdoor fireplaces. It sits on an 800sqm block with stunning views of nearby mountains. The outdoor fireplace provides a cozy spot for gathering around during chilly evenings. It’s perfect for roasting marshmallows, sipping hot cocoa, or simply enjoying the serene mountain views. Enjoy all seasons in this retreat, there are plenty of activities to do. Note: The Spa is not in use.

Room available in our private, family friendly lodge. Located on beautiful Mt Buller. Wake up to coffee with the sun rising over Mt Stirling and the Howqua Valley. Short walk to the village or take the shuttle from Bus Stop 6. This booking is for a room that sleeps up to 4 with a private bathroom. To keep rates affordable, all members and guests are required to undertake cleaning tasks prior to vacating. You will need to bring a pillowcase, sheet for the mattress and your own sleeping bag.
