After a long day on the trails, cook some burgers on the propane grill, then Netflix and chill! Never leaving the convenience of WiFi via Starlink. Washer and dryer on site for those muddy clothes! 5 beds in the loft, and a queen bed master bedroom downstairs.

This spot is for everyone whether you're looking to relax and read, swim and kayak, snowmobile and icefish or explore the beauty of Baxter State Park. Screened in porch to enjoy the outside. Plenty of space for your truck and trailer! Located 4 miles from downtown Patten and approximately 10 mins from Shin Pond Village.

Apple Tree Cottage Tiny Home

Come and see what Tiny Home living is all about! This cute little cottage is nestled along a big apple tree. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

Point Chinook Chalet

Leave behind the hustle and bustle of life and relax in our chalet in the shadow of Katahdin. Our 3 story log home has a large "penthouse" waiting for you with a private bedroom upstairs and a private bathroom on the main floor along with a private living room with a 55" tv, Starlink internet, kitchen, a deck with a view of Ambajejus Lake and a BBQ grill along with a table and chairs with umbrella.

Apartment 201 in The Rice Block

The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 41 acres of privacy atop Allen Hill in Mount Chase. Snowmobile & ATV trail access nearby. So many adventures await you with our much heralded hiking trails, wildlife & fisheries. Baxter State Park, north entrance is 15-20 minutes away, and Katahdin Woods & Waters Monument is on our property line.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
