Close to hospitals, boarding schools, TAFE, shops and the Botanic Gardens, the fully self-contained unit is a modern downstairs addition (with separate entrance), to a restored Queenslander. Lovely tropical garden with private access to leafy courtyard. Whether on holiday, business or visiting relatives, you'll be looked after by long term residents with lots of community knowledge and connections. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view and pool which will be for your exclusive use during your stay.

Luxury Beach Holiday or Executive Rental with Pool

A tranquil self contained retreat on the Boyne River. A perfect escape for holidays or business travels. Pandanus Lodge is set on a half acre in a quiet location, central to Tannum Sands, Boyne Island and a 20 minute commute to Gladstone. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pandanus Lodge is walking distance to the supermarket, nearby cafe and the beach. Plenty of parking for a boat, close to boat ramp and easy access to walking/cycling track along the river. Serviced weekly for longer stays.

The property is on Auckland Hill, overlooking Auckland creek and the marina, close to restaurants, shops, parklands and with great views of the water and relaxing sunsets. This unit has a spacious kitchen/dining area, with a good size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle & basic cooking facilities. The separate lounge has air con, two large recliners, TV, computer desk. The bedroom opens out to a private deck. We offer 5% discount on weekly bookings and 15% discount on monthly bookings.

Stay in a classic 1940s Queenslander just 4 minute walk to Cafes, shops & restaurants & close to east shores. This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 and blends heritage charm with modern comforts. Relax by the fire pit, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind on the back deck with a sunset wine. Enjoy the pool, gardens & off street parking - the perfect city escape with a breezy Queenslander lifestyle whether your planning on a short or long stay this is truly an amazing property.

Wildflower Studio

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Pinky's Retreat - Adorable escape set in the bush

Beautiful stand alone unit, can sleep up to four adult guests, 1 x queen 2 x single, ability to sleep more (travel cot and high chair available) claw foot bath, kitchen, lounge, wifi and tv. Outdoor area, acess to fire pit, bbq and pizza oven. Kids play area. Ample parking. Set in 170 acres of bushland, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl and stacks of native animals and plants. On the highway halfway between Gladstone and Rockhampton, ideal stop for a restful night or days exploring.

Raglan Heritage School

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Raglan school is a cozy historic schoolhouse overlooking the school oval to the mangroves lining Raglan creek. Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.

JJ’s Nest by Boyne River & Beach

A self contained large studio with private bathroom & a new pool. Studio is really near to Boyne River with a 2 minutes walk. A walking track & Lilley’s beach is next to the river. Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground is also at Bray park including the boat ramp. It takes also a 3 minutes walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc & 4 minutes drive to Tannum Sand. It’s perfect for couples who like to enjoy a relaxing holiday or business travellers who need a quiet stay.

Grey Gum Reflections

Peaceful 1BR retreat just 2 mins off the highway in Benaraby. Private guest house with full kitchenette, lounge, bathroom & bedroom overlooking our property and dam. Only 12 mins to Tannum Sands/Boyne Island and approx 20 minutes to Gladstone, it's a great base for beach trips, fishing or work stopovers. Our fully self contained guest house, although on our property, is separate from our main home, giving you peace and privacy during your stay.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.
