The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Situated on the edge of Calverts lagoon nature reserve we welcome you to our little piece of paradise. From your door walk to explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and hunting the Aurora Australis from your private deck. Located near South Arm (5 min) and Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a unique and detailed guest book. Perfect for a little get away to relax or as a base to explore Southern Tasmania.

Apartment is totally self contained and offers off street parking and separate entrance.

The self contained modern studio apartment, is attached to our home and has two separate entrances and it's own parking bay. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!
