A wonderful apartment in front of the sea!

A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 200 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. There are boats that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15km from Perea and Thessaloniki is 25 km from Perea.There is a HYUNDAI i10 for rental

A Cozy Studio at Olympus 2

This is our studio with a balcony that faces our garden in the back of our house We love hosting families. Babies and pets are extra "people" for us. As extra amenities for thee special guests, we provide a high chair, chair and a cot for babies, and cushions for our furry friends, who can freely play in our back yard. For all these services, we are asking an extra fee of 5 euros for pets and babies. Guests with pets and babies please send us an inquiry so we can send you back the updated fee.

Eva’s Apartment with great view

Beautiful studio with breathtaking view just 2 minutes from the beach! You can enjoy the beautiful view of the biggest Greek mountain Olympus of 12 Gods (mythology) and deep blue sea view by your balcony. In 600m from the house there are Beach Bars (Kyma,Asterias), super markets, restaurant. Famous Potamos beach is only 15' away (by car)with exotic waters and lots of beach bars. 25 minutes away from airport SKG 27' from a large mall 'Cosmos' 35' from the center of Thessaloniki by car.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!
