Paradise Guest Suite

This apartment is attached to our house and we use it as our own space when it isn't rented. We have full access to it however, when guest stay there it is completely their own space. A locked door separates the AirBNB from our side. Guests will notice items such as our children's books and games that are there for everyone to enjoy. They will also notice items that belonged to my father and grandfather. As I mentioned, it is an extension of our home. Please feel free to look closely at these.

Welcome to The Waterfront Getaway on Conception Bay! This home is nestled within the maple trees on the shores of Chamberlains Pond, overlooking Conception Bay. Enjoy the 4 person hot tub, peddle bikes, or the deck off the master bedroom while you watch the wildlife make ripples in the sheltered pond. Have a picnic or relax in one of our hammocks, canoes or peddle boat! This property is close to all amenities Conception Bay South has to offer including Chamberlains Park across the road!

Three bedroom, three bathroom house in St. Johns, located ten minutes from downtown. Upstairs includes an open concept kitchen with dining area. Living room has two sofas with a large tv. Master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, en-suite washroom with shower, walk-in closet and television. Second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs features a pool table/bar area, gym, laundry room, and third bedroom with a queen bed and tv. The patio in the backyard has a private hot tub and bbq.
