PINE LODGE ~ Cozy and Snug ~ A great get-away!

PINE LODGE is a log home nestled in a lovely wooded area. A great quiet get-a-way. The main area displays a cozy living area. Two skylights flood the room with light. Large windows show off the outdoors where you may see turkey, birds and deer. There is a full kitchen. The spacious master bedroom looks out into the woods. The downstairs bath has a washer/dryer. The upstairs open loft has 2 bedroom areas, one with a queen bed and sitting area and one with 2 twin beds. It also has a full bath.

Indoor Infinity Pool /Wine Barrel HotTub /Sun Room

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

A private & quiet home on the Chippewa River in the heart of downtown Mt. Pleasant. Enjoy the peace of the river in your backyard. Walk to nearby restaurants, and coffee shops or take a 2-minute drive to the CMU Campus. The Water Park and Casino are just up the street. This home is centrally located with a 'retreat-like' atmosphere. Bike rental available for $20 per bike per stay. Welcome to the relaxing Mas cabin located at Camp Deer Trails family campground. Enjoy breathtaking views of long lake as well as 140 acres of forest to explore. The outdoor activities are endless with our canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. We also have our own private island you can reach called Moose island. We are minutes from trailheads for all off road vehicles. There are several golf courses in the area including Snow Snake, Tamarack, and Firefly.

It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.

Look out the picture window for a view of main street Clare. We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.
