Walk to Town! Cozy Studio Cabin in the Woods

Blocks away from the heart of Idyllwild, yet surrounded by trees and wildlife, this secluded gem is the perfect romantic or quiet getaway! Watch the jays and squirrels eat peanuts from the deck or nibble at seeds from the yard. This cabin was completely remodeled with a hand laid shower mosaic to the wooden beams made from trees grown and harvested directly from our property, and much more, you will see the love and craftsmanship that went into finishing this cabin. Historic Owl Pine Cabin: creek+town+nature

On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Just a few steps from restaurants, shopping, live music, events, art galleries, wine tasting, brewpub, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery store, theater and playground. Direct access to Strawberry Creek is just at the end of our street!

This cabin was built in 1922 and has been lovingly maintained & upgraded. We're walking distance to restaurants, shops & a local microbrewery. Our guest cottage features a private deck overlooking Strawberry Creek and a natural fern garden, providing the perfect retreat and ideal setting for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. The kitchen includes a vintage stove & refrigerator for light meal preparation & the bedroom comes with a SleepNumber bed for your personalized sleeping comfort.

Dreamy A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

Relax and enjoy nature at our beautiful, tranquil, lovingly remodeled A-frame cabin, now with a brand new master suite and sunroom! Within walking distance from the center of town, it's perfectly situated on a quiet street amongst the trees, buzzing with blue jays and hummingbirds. Curl up by the fireplace and enjoy surround-sound tunes, or have a spa-like soak after hitting the nearby trails. As a creative couple ourselves, we designed this space for romantic getaways and creative retreats.

Manzanitas as our cabin is fondly called is a very unique and special place. The property is graced with a massive oak tree and sits high on boulders. There is generous local history with a seasonal stream and rock facing covered in Native American'Mitate' - holes used to grind acorns into flour. Take time to relax and unwind in this peaceful space - sit by the large rock fireplace, walk a short distance to town and grab a craft beer, or take a beautiful hike at one of our famed trails.

The Far Out - A Frame cabin in the woods

The Far Out is a classic A-frame cabin nestled in the beautiful woods of Idyllwild in the San Jacinto Mountains. This mountain retreat sits on an acre of land, complete with a 1200 sq ft wooden deck and semi-sunken hot tub. Less than a half a mile away from Idyllwild's town center our very family friendly cabin will be a great place for your group to stay and explore the Idyllwild area. Our remodelled camping themed cabin has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a loft play area for the kids with their own tv and camping area, and a fully fenced in yard. You can pull into our driveway, close the gate and leave the car behind as you relax in our wooded yard and deck area or take the short walk into town.
