Perfect for 2 people! Bright Basement studio unit with private entry, queen bed, kitchenette with coffee, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, bathroom w/full shower. In the Foster-Powell area of SE Portland, close to the Holgate Max Station, Pickles semi-professional baseball games, Lents Farmer's Market, Reed College, Foster-Powell area. Woodstock and Sellwood area are near, along with SE Division Street, and Portland Community College. Restaurants and shopping are steps away.

Private entrance apartment in Southwest Portland near Lewis & Clark College, OHSU, Multnomah Village and Hillsdale. Large living room, full size kitchen. Extremely quite bedroom with queen bed, single roll away bed and pak-n-play bed available. Large outdoor patio space with barbeque, play structure for children, fire pit and fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Moonlight grill, Chez Jose Mexican, Tokyroll sushi, Tryon creek sports bar. Walking distance to Tryon Creek.

Cozy Two Bedroom High Ceiling Daylight ADU

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on a quiet dead-end street but close to good dining and interesting shops. This is a family home with a separate 840 sqft. daylight apartment. Two separate bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and an easy pull-out queen sleeper in the main area allow for up to six guests. It's complete with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The quiet backyard has outdoor seating and a wood fired hot tub. A few chickens provide us with fresh eggs.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.
