Karşıyaka sahile, çarşıya 10 dakika, metroya ise sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Evin çevresinde çok sayıda restaurant ve zincir marketler vardır. İzmir havaalanından direk metro ile ulaşım vardır. Ayrıca Karşıyaka Hiltown ve Mavibahçe alisveris merkezlerine ise tranway ile 20 dakika mesafededir. Huzurla konaklayacağınız temiz evime beklerim.

Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
