Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! NOTE- Our home will sleep two adults and two children comfortably, but NOT 4 adults. A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in.

It's just minutes away from downtown Cedar Rapids, Czech Village, Newbo District, Kirkwood, and right off Interstate 380. Close to tons of great restaurants and fun entertainment, all while in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

There are 3 other units to choose from on the Airbnb site, all similar to this unit. Conveniently located near Czech Village, and New Bohemia. Close to many restaurants, Breweries, local shops and bars with live music venues. Steps away from bike/walking trail, and Mt Trashmore. 30 mins to Amana Colonies, 30 mins to Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.

Beautiful, cozy barn in the quiet countryside

Come enjoy a relaxing get away on beautiful Sugar Bottom Road. A great place for the outdoor enthusiast, no matter the season. Ideal also for quiet relaxation and privacy. We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.
