This beautiful home is 3000 sq ft with a pond and hot tube. Guests have access to the entire home. Located on the property is a pond with a plethora of fish to catch and a hot tub for a relaxing soak. Guests will have the ability explore and spend some time outdoors. With 4 bedrooms and 2 pullout couches, this property is perfect for a family get together or a group of friends wanting a quiet vacation! There is another vacation rental on this property and the driveway is shared with it.

On Evansville's "Gold Coast", Semper Fulgens (Always Shining) was converted to 2 luxury apartments after WWII. The second floor rental has full kitchen and three bedrooms/two bathrooms, with private entrance. Grand living room/dining room with a separate den/office complete the space. The Sunshine Guest House☆ Pool table/pond/yard fun

The Sunshine Guest House is a bright and welcoming home with an easy to find location right outside of Mcleansboro, (6 miles from Big Red Barn& 9 miles from I64) Wi-fi is available throughout our spacious 4 bedroom and 2 baths. Our house can accommodate up to 9 people. It also includes a large deck for outside entertaining with a charcoal grill, yard games, kids toys and stocked pond.

Private Suite/Sleeps 3/Center Town/Pets OK!

Guests will have their own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. It is a 2 room space (250sf) Has a queen bed w/ foam topper. A bathroom and a kitchenette in the next room (with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, panini press) You will get much more from us than a hotel room and much cheaper! Pet fees $20 per stay $5 guest fee per day after 2.
