Oaks Creek Guest Cottage

This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The upstairs loft boasts a queen bed, day bed, and writing desk. Downstairs you will enjoy our slate-bed billiards table, X-box, and game area.

Located between Cooperstown (12miles downtown) and Oneonta (7miles to downtown) because of its central location, you can enjoy many local shops, family owned restaurants, many local breweries and on a bus route. The lake access affords kayaking, swimming, and receive 20% off a guided fishing trip with Reels and Rods guide service. Kayaks available for use.

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.
