Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
