The perfect all around place for your daily living needs. You'll first notice the house was completely remodeled in 2023. With this you get access to the level 2 electrical car charger. After you unpack, you are within a mile to Ballinger Park for an evening stroll or venture over to the grocery store and restaurants down the street. Once you return home enjoy the Roku TV, get some work done in the office with a sit/stand desk, or relax in the hot tub. You'll find this house has all you need.

Hidden Creek Studio in Lake Forest Park!

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Location, Location, Location! Retreat to an updated one-bedroom with an ensuite bath in ideal downtown Edmonds. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, ferry, restaurants, shopping, galleries, and transit. This top-floor unit features stunning views of the Puget Sound, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, cable, smart TVs with active subscriptions, and a keyless entry system. Welcome to our lovely, private studio in Kenmore! Our comfy space invites you to wind down and relax after a long day exploring the Seattle area. This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Perfectly Central between Seattle and the Eastside

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
