Είναι μία νεόχτιστη πέτρινη τριώροφη μεζονέτα όπου στο ξεχωριστό κάτω όροφο μένουν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Το σπίτι είναι διαρρυθμισμένο στο ισόγειο κουζίνα, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και WC και στον 1 όροφο είναι 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του. Είναι μόλις 3km από το λιμάνι και 4km από το κοσμοπολίτικο Μπατσί. this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.
