A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο του κτηρίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες.
