Lauri's Cottage - Secluded & Pet Friendly

Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street in town, Little Stanley is your own private and tranquil hideaway. Surrounded by a large garden and backing on to bushland, yet right in town, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and recharge. Relax with your morning coffee in the courtyard which is bathed in morning sunlight. Stone Cottage (circa 1862)

"Stone Cottage" was built in 1862 from local bluestone and was lovingly restored in 2014. We are adjacent to Woowookarung Regional Park, popular for bush walking and mountain bike riding. Stone Cottage offers old world charm with modern amenities. You will not be sharing with any others. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the main sitting area has a single bed. . A fully equipped kitchen allows for longer stays. (Ballarat CBD 10 mins; Shops-5 mins) Strictly no pets allowed

Stephanie’s pet friendly 2 bedroom Cottage.

A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Your welcome pack consists of home made pizza and fudge. Fire place available from 1st May to 30th September.

Piccolo Cottage - close to Hepburn and Daylesford

A cosy cottage just outside the beautiful spa town of Hepburn Springs. With beautiful views over Breakneck Gorge and close to restaurants, day spas and Hepburn Mineral Springs, you can relax on the verandah, in the courtyard or get out and discover this beautiful region. This is the perfect place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Pets are allowed, however owners must take responsibility for them as only the front courtyard is fully fenced.

Union House c.1861

Union House is a unique part of Castlemaine's history. Built in the early 1860's in the central area of the town, it is a minutes walk from all the town's attractions- the galleries, restaurants, hotels, theatre, boutiques, supermarket, and easy walking distance to the gardens, regional parks, railway station, and the Woollen Mill complex. The cottage has been recently renovated to amalgamate its historic features with contemporary comforts and luxurious appointments.

Henry's Cottage

Redesdale is a wonderful little country town with everything you need at hand to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. A,cafe, a pub and a general store all in walking distance from the cottage. The cottage is lovely and light filled, charmingly decorated with modern conviniences. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and friendly locals to offer advice and great food if you choose to eat at their venues. This place is a gem and just a short drive from Melbourne.

Shepherds Hill Cottage Blissful Farm Stay Getaway

A gorgeous, gently restored miners cottage set in a tranquil location, Shepherds Hill Cottage is part of a working alpaca farm. The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)! The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.
