Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We have hosted many companies, families, & nationally renowned musicians. We renovated the kitchen in Feb 2019. Details in the picture descriptions.

There is a RING DOORBELL, front door for safety purposes. FP & wall HVAC work in the living room. Pets are allowed and must be registered just like the number of guests.
