A charming Guest House next to the Main Residence is nestled on a private hill 10 km from Chiang Rai, City Center. The main Residence has common living and dinning areas. Stunning Panoramic views of Doi Chang, Doi Pui and Daen Lao Mountain Range, the Shan Hills of eastern Burma. A quite private hillside getaway and perfect location to relax unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. There is a 2 km nature walk or jog around a reservoir shaded by a canopy of trees.

My house is in a village and the room to let is a well-furnished bedroom with a warm and cozy ambiance. The room features a large wooden bed and large windows covered with purple curtains, allowing natural light to filter through. The ceiling has a fan with lights, and there are also recessed lights in the ceiling. The floor is covered with light brown tiles. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, with a focus on wooden furniture and a neutral color palette.

Baan Sabai Guest House Singha Park

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.“Baan Sabai” is a guest house for guests. Separated from the main house. There is a spacious en suite bedroom and bathroom providing privacy for 2 guests. You can relax in peace and quiet. There is a cool air conditioner. There is a seat to receive coffee when entering in front of the house. and suitable for short-term tourists Or you can rest for a month.

This spacious, comfortable & elegantly decorated room is one of 2 in a modern tropical style detached building. It is separated from my own villa by a 15 meter long pond. You can also enjoy the (shared) large, tropical forest garden with covered terraces. At the lower part of the garden you will find my 2 traditional wooden Thai houses on stilts and the reception / dining area.

Koonsap Cottage

THis comfortable cottage sleeps 4 in two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is spacious with an ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has a separate bathroom The Kitchenette is great for breakfasts , with a multitude of excellent dining places close by. Set in a private, gated, secure park like estate, guests are free to wander around the roads in the estate.
