I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. Die gemütliche Unterkunft ist ein idealer Standort für Wanderungen und zum Skifahren, zum Erholen oder fürs Home Office, wenn der Sommer in der Stadt zu heiß wird! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof und das Skigebiet Stuhleck sind nur wenige 100m entfernt. Direkt am Weltkulturerbe Semmering Bahn, je 100 km von Wien und Graz entfernt. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in 1 Stunde erreichbar: Neusiedler See, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax und Schneeberg zum Wandern uvm.

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Durch die Vollausstattung sollte jeder unserer Gäste bei uns alles finden, um sich praktisch wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Welcome to Wiener Neustadt! Our spacious apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Lidl (grocery store). With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.

Stay in a new trendy apartment with roof terrace (with a wonderful view over vienna), kitchen, bathroom and living room and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room can used as a bed.
