This place is centrally located with walking distance towards the sea and the river( Suvarna and Hoode). It's situated amidst lush greenery. It's a 10 minute drive to the famous Delta Point(river on one side and sea on the other), where India's first surfing club is situated. Lots of cafes are situated serving coastal cuisine.
