Old summer house with a soul in one of the most beautiful places in the country. The house is located 35 km from Höfn in the summer house area of Stafafell mountains. The area offers many beautiful hiking trails through the unique mountains with jaw-dropping landscapes and is perfect to use as base camp and while hiking the area for few days. Off-grid cabin

Secluded cozy cabin that offers incredible views and a private waterfall. The cabin has 5 beds and two sofa beds. Included with the stay is private access to 3000 acres of beautiful nature to enjoy. A 4x4 car is recommended but not necessary if you are willing to walk the last 100 meters. Important: it is off grid and so it has very limited electricity and only cold running water. There is gas heating, gas grilling and a stove available. IMPORTANT FOR WINTER BOOKINGS: 4x4 car is required

Óbót 1. — riverside cabin

Óbót is a small cabin (13.5 square meters) and has accommodations just outside Egilsstaðir and has a great riverside view. The cabin has two single beds, private bathroom and free WiFi. The facilities are extremely suitable for two people. A variety of hiking trails are nearby and guests are allowed to go fishing for free in the river called Rangá. The nearest airport is Egilsstaðir Airport, 8 km from the cabin location.

Comfortable for a couple, 2 adults or a small family with a young kid. Enjoy a stunning view in a quiet place, 12 km from Egilsstaðir in the direction to Hallormstaður and Hengifoss.

Nice country accommodation north of Egilsstaðir in East Iceland and has eight en-suite bedrooms in four cabins beside the main house. Big veranda with fireplace and new sauna house for our guests! Breakfast included but is self-service in the kitchen and guest are welcome to use all facilities. Wonderful view to the snow capped mountains of Dyrfjoll to the east.
