Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

The Cass House is a 3BR/2BA house with full kitchen, dining & living areas. The house sits on 10 acres of land & is surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. You can access the Mulberry River from the property, a short 100-yard walk from the house. We are centrally located to a variety of outdoor attractions & entertainment. It is located on Hwy 215 and is about 4 mi to Byrd’s Adventure Center, 3 mi to Turner Bend, 3 mi to Mulberry Mountain, and 2 mi to Redding Recreation Area.

The home has spacious and inviting common areas, including a full kitchen, laundry room, and dedicated office! The home has a brand new shower installed Jan ‘24, a swing added to the beautiful pecan tree out back, as well as other minor updates.

Hey! Welcome to our Sweet Retreat! We have a good reason for naming our guesthouse such a name... It was our former chocolate shop!! Yesssss...Chocolates! Our name was Classic Candies and we started our business in this space back in 1986. We are no longer in the chocolate business but do still make chocolates for our family...and now for you, our guests! With every visit, there will be waiting, a little chocolate gift from us to you!
