This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Welcome to Ballochroy Cottage. A former stables, our delightfully cosy one bedroom cottage is located in beautiful Kintyre. Spectacular scenery, tranquil walks, amazing wildlife and wild swimming are all on your doorstep. The perfect spot to unwind and recharge whether relaxing in the garden with views over Jura, Islay and Gigha or warming your toes by the fire after a long day exploring the peninsula. The cottage is in a rural location about 3 miles from Clachan, 4 miles from Tayinloan.

Ideal couples base for exploring the Island

No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

Carradale Kintyre - cosy Victorian cottage

Take the long and winding road to Carradale - this end of terrace Victorian stone built cottage provides a cosy retreat for couples or small family. Airds Wood Cottage is situated in the centre of this peaceful village, just a few minutes walk from the working harbour and a selection of forest walks. Choice of 3 glorious beaches within 6 miles. The golf course is just a minute away and village pub and selection of eateries within walking distance. Dogs are welcome - first 2 dogs free.

The ‘Shebeen’ is a luxury semi detached furnished cottage set on a quiet hillside location, enjoying panoramic views over Portballintrae, Bushmills and the Causeway Coastline. 7/8 minutes by car to visit the world famous Giants Causeway. The town of Bushmills has shops, galleries, bars and award winning restaurants Local taxi company available. All tourist attractions like Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, White Park Bay, Dunluce Castle & Ballintoy Harbour are all close by. Car essential.
