I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This newly renovated, spacious, and luxurious studio apartment with its own private entrance and plenty of natural light is located in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Portland. You will be right in the heart of the city — close to both downtown and PDX. Restaurants, coffee shops, a wine shop, a brewery, a bagel shop, a grocery store, a golf course, and parks are all within easy walking distance. There is plenty of free street parking, as well as access to multiple types of public transit.

A few blocks from the freeway with entrances to Hwy 14 and I-5, this is the perfect stop on a road trip or visit. Our home is located within walking distance to beautiful Downtown Vancouver, including bars, restaurants, shopping and New Seasons grocery store. PLEASE NOTE: this is a small unit in a historic home that has had few updates (see photos).

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. River’s Rest..only 45 minutes from PDX, and Multnomah Falls, gateway to the Columbia Gorge. Hiking just minutes away. Huge fire-pit and covered porch over-looking the river. Eastwood Loft Foodie's Delight, Pet Friendly

This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.

Our private in-home apartment, with separate entrance, has great views, is close to restaurants/dining and miles of bike/running trails. Light rail convenient for service thru-out Portland and PDX International Airport. Gateway to Columbia Gorge offering 34 min. drive to historic Multnomah Falls. Run or walk nature green-space or stroll a 1/3 mile loop around the neighborhood any time of the day.
