This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

Anderson Farm house all to yourself near AU

We are in the center of Anderson, a few blocks walking distance to Anderson University and a mile away from downtown. The house has been fully remodeled for our bnb guests. You will have the entire house just for yourself with private drive way and yard. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a comfy king size bed. Second bedroom is upstairs with a twin size bed or can be expended to a king. We live 5 minutes away so we can always be there to help if you needed anything.

Completely remodeled 2 bedroom home near Ball State University. Walk to events, classes & activities. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of natural light. Living room, kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware for preparing meals at home. Comfortable bedrooms, backyard with patio. Easy access to public transportation & local shops/restaurants. Perfect for families or friends visiting the University. Have a Ball in the BALL house.

Guest Suite in Secluded Setting (NW Muncie)

Relax in our home's newly remodeled in-law suite with a private entrance, just 20 minutes south of Taylor University and 10 minutes from Ball State. We are just a couple of miles from shopping, dining, and other amenities, while being in a secluded, peaceful, wooded setting. Looking out the picture window or sitting on the deck, you will likely see our horses grazing.

Historic Eighth Guest house

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The unit is set up similar to a duplex . Shared stairway to upper unit with lockbox entry to unit . 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, kitchen, sunroom, family room, dining room, laundry room. Adults only in this unit due to balconies . Owner also currently hosts Historic Eighth carriage house .

Studio M

Studio M is located in the small Historic town of Pendleton, IN. The home is within walking distance of our shops, restaurants and Falls Park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, car port with chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our house is conveniently located to Fishers, Anderson, Noblesville and Indianapolis.
