Welcome to our cozy & pet friendly 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in the heart of Greenfield, within 5 min to local shops & dinning and I-70. Downtown Indianapolis is a short 25-minute drive away, you'll have easy access to all the city's top attractions, including the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium and many more. Our home is the perfect choice for guests who want to be close to all the action of the city while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of a charming small town.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

This little gem in the charming town of Fortville has been furnished to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or an evening sitting around the fire pit in the backyard. This home is a 2-4 minute walk to all restaurants in Fortville, including Taxman Brewery, FoxGardin Kitchen & Ale and The Wine Garage. It's also less than a 15 minute drive to 3 other breweries in the area as well as Ruoff Music Center and Bonge's Tavern in Perkinsville, IN.

Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Upland has to offer!

The Doctor's Inn, a newly renovated apartment.

You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.

The Lodge Garage cozy cabin

This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything!! 2 miles or less to Ball Sate , Minnetrista , shopping, and restaurants. You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.
