It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Swan River/10 minutes from Minitonas and provides a peaceful setting close to snowmobile trails. This tranquil bungalow features a wood stove and serene king bedroom with picturesque views. There is a workspace, wifi, fully appointed kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, bbq, yard, fire-pit, three smart TV’s and ample parking.

Welcome to Swan River’s newest Airbnb!, central air through out with three all new bedrooms on the main floor of this cozy home! Wifi, and a HD TV with premium sound to ensure an enjoyable stay. 4th bedroom in finished basement. While this private comfortable home is new to Airbnb, we are not! Rest assured you will have a great stay! In July 24 shortly after opening we accepted a 1 yr stay. WE ARE BACK! New deck, sectional, dining furniture. We also offer great parking and safe area!

Rustic Charmer, Your private home away from home.

Don’t let the size fool you. This well laid out, open floor plan older home has ample space to accommodate. Much thought and effort has gone into guest comfort and convenience. When you need space, privacy or peace to sleep during those night shifts, this home is perfect. Basement is unfinished and older. But offers space for equipment as well as laundry on site. Smart TV and wifi for you entertainment. We have a comfortable deck if weather allows as well as a huge backyard.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Come enjoy my spacious home with 3 bedrooms + sofa bed .Full Bathroom, Kitchen has fridge ,microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, magic bullet blender, cookware , utensils, You’ll be in quiet neighbourhood across elementary school with park . Only one block or 1 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. Whether for pleasure or business you will enjoy this cozy home.

Stay in our bright & cheery 3 bdr 1 bath 1930's home! Always clean & fresh! Everything you need to feel right at home. 2 TVs, free WIFI, in house laundry, games, dishes, cookware, coffee & essentials. Our sofa is a hide a bed for extra guests. 2 blocks from playground. 3 blocks from main street shopping. Good neighbors! 20mins to the Ski Hill! 40 mins to our beautiful lakes. Great sledding trails. 5 mins to Golf Course.

Welcome to Swan River! your private suite in my home is right across the street from the Legion Park which has beautiful walkways along the river, also within walking distance to the Richardson Recreation Centre, Swan River Arena, Main Street, Hospital, Restaurants and Fitness centers. The suite has your own private bathroom, bedroom and living area plus a kitchenette.
