This suite consists of three interconnecting bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom situated in a scenic countryside setting. Large garden with lots of outdoor seating and plenty of space for kids to play football, jump on the trampoline etc. No matter what season you visit Spruce lodge it has something great to offer, be it the garden in full bloom during Summer, the gorgeous Autumnal colours of Autumn, the warm romantic Winter evenings by the open fire or the awakening of nature in Spring with the dawn chorus, you won't be disappointed.

Our house is located just 3 km from town on a quiet road with private entrance and free parking. We are a 9 minute drive from both the centre of Killarney town and the National Park. Nearby sightseeing locations include Torc Waterfall, Muckross House and Abbey, Ladies View ,Ross Castle and The Gap of Dunloe. Restored 200 Year Old Church

Bookeen Hall is a 200 year old restored church about 20 mins from Galway City and within easy reach of the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren and Connemara. We are a short drive from Lignum (restaurant). We offer a private room (with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed) with a private bathroom. For larger groups there is a second room (with 1 king size bed), so we can accommodate up to 5. The nearest train station is 8 miles away in Athenry. We live here with our dogs and look forward to meeting you!

The wagon is a good place to escape to. Lie in bed in the morning, read your book, hear the birds sing, see the sun peeking over the mountain. On a fine evening, you can light a fire. You might see a fox, you might see a deer or a hare. One time I saw a red squirrel playing in the Oak tree. Bring your sketch pad, your journal, your knitting. This is a place to rest and recuperate. It’s also a good stop off for people walking the Beara Way.

Doonbeg village is only 2km away where you can enjoy local cuisine at the village’s two award winning restaurants. It is a large, bright room with an en-suite.
