Beachfront 'Seashells' B+B - Double Room

Eric and Dympna live in a modern 3 storey beachfront guesthouse in the quaint and picturesque seaside village of Duncannon. The friendly village also has a working fishing harbour, and is built around a spectacular star shaped 16th century fort. The village has a couple of nice pubs which serve excellent food and are a great place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing. Our uniquely situated home has 3 en-suite rooms for guests, 2 with large south facing windows giving exceptional views of the award winning beach and surrounding Waterford estuary. Your room is a very comfortable triple ensuite with a double bed and a single. This room sadly does not have a sea view, you'll just have to wait until breakfast time to enjoy the spectacular view! Your stay with us also includes a hearty Irish breakfast, which will be served to you while you take in the magnificent views from our breakfast room directly overlooking the beach. The surrounding area is renown for outstanding natural beauty and has remained unspoiled, while still easily accessible to all major routes. Duncannon is 2 hours from Dublin or 45 mins from rosslare ferryport.

My place is in the heart of the city , walking distance to all amenities, bus and train station, theatre and restaurants. 5 mins walk to Eyre Square City centre. Very quiet and relaxing stay guaranteed. I hope you will like my home, located in a little green oasis in the city centre. Please also check availability of En-suite double room ,twin and double rooms. No PARKING AVAILABLE, parking in nearby carpark. Unfortunately we cannot let guests use our kitchen and living room

Kick back and relax in this adorable brand new Garden House! This cozy Garden House is the perfect getaway spot in west Clare for a couple or up to a family of 4. The Garden House has a double bedroom and two large single sofa bed chairs situated in the main living space. Everything is brand new and finished to the highest standard. We're just a 2 minute drive to Spanish Point beach and a 4 minute drive to the town of Miltown Malbay.
