New Modern Cottage on the Rogue

With breathtaking views of the Rogue River, our stylish one bedroom offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Spend your days lounging by the water with a glass of wine. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens, and a sliding glass door leading directly to the river. The living area has a comfortable leather sofa and large television. The kitchen is equipped with a large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave/airfryer, Keurig coffee machine, and all of the essentials.

A 3/2 home with DSL Wifi, dining area, living room, pellet stove, a fun converted carport for dining/entertainment/BBQ as well as a hot tub out back. Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

Located right in the middle of Southern Oregon Applegate wine country. You will be staying in a cottage on a vineyard with our own winery and tasting room onsite. Tasting room open Saturday & Sunday. With 7 wineries under 5 minutes away from the cottage, you’ll have plenty to explore right out your front door. River Rapids! Mindfulness while forest bathing

This stand alone one bedroom tiny home provides all of the amenities of a home, on the Applegate River only 10 min from historic downtown Grants Pass and 5 minutes from the Applegate wine trail. It is about a 5-7 min walk downhill with a stairwell to a secluded private beach oasis. Soak in the natural forest landscape. Engage your senses in forest bathing from the evergreens to the beach or from the hot tub gazing at the stars. About a 10 minute walk back up to the home.

Yurt on the Applegate

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.
