Features my guests enjoy: - Two PRIVATE terraces 40 m² y 15 m², only accessible to the two guests of the apartment, not shared. - Independent air conditioning heat / cool in the living room and in the bedroom (both spaces have air conditioning). - An impeccable 45m² apartment with modern and functional equipment. - Ideal location in a quiet street without traffic. Other features you should take into account : - An ideal apartment for 2 people. - The apartment is located on the 3th floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. DIFFICULT ACCESS IF YOU COME WITH A BABY STROLLER AND NOT IDEAL IF YOU DON'T LIKE CLIMBING STAIRS :) - Please note that the property does not have a crib or a high chair available. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Accommodation : - You will appreciate my home for its modernity, its luminosity and its privileged location and its large terraces for private use. To make the most of your stay, you will have all this at your disposal: - A bright room with a double bed. - Two private terraces (not shared with other guests), one with two sun loungers and the other with a sofa area and eating area. - A living room with an American-style kitchen, with television, table with chairs, coffee table, storage space and a comfortable sofa. - The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking plate, refrigerator, freezer, cooking plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc. - A bathroom: shower tray, sink, storage cabinet, toilet. Amenities: - Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, toilet kit consisting of 2 bottles of 30ml shower gel, 2 bottles of 30ml shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 tablets of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 garbage bag.
