Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.

Quiet duplex, two terraces, car garage

Large and airy flat with two terraces and inside garage for one car. We used to live in the house and after moving out we left everything we had so it's a complete household. The flat is located across from the Museu da Agua in a dead end street so it is a very calm and quite area. You will sleep deeply and soundly. We are 10 minutes walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station. Central heating and AC.
