My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die komplett ausgestattete Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss mit ebenerdigem Zugang. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg (etwa 3 Minuten) erreicht man die Unterkunft von verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Regionalbahn, Straßenbahn, Bus). Den kleinen Einkauf für Lebensmittel, Blumen, Bücher, Apotheke, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants und Pizzaservice, kann man im Umkreis von 200 m zur Unterkunft erledigen. Neu ab 09/ 2022: Optional kann 1 PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück für 5,00 €/Nacht gebucht werden.

Die historische Innenstadt mit den gemütlichen Straßen- und Park Cafés sowie den guten Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in circa fünf Minuten mit einem schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen, wobei der Weg durch die historische Altstadt führt.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Townhouse Apartment incl. Terrace & 50m to water

Our apartment, approx. 40 sqm with beautiful large terrace is located in a 2018 newly built townhouse. It is located only 50 m from the Havel river, close to the Heilig-Geist Residenz. The city palace and the new Palais Barbarini in the historic centre of Potsdam are only 800 m away. All parks and sights, such as Park Sanssouci, Neuer Garten with Schloss Cecilienhof but also the city centre with the Holländerviertel can be reached from here in a few minutes on foot.

Gemütliches, modernes Hausboot in Potsdam

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

Art-Studio close to Sanssouci Castle

Our exclusively equipped Art Remise offers comfortable and very central accommodation for two to four guests: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the Sanssouci Palace, the historic Potsdam city center or the water landscape on the Havel Bay. The art-studio is in the backyard, so it is very quiet. Or explore Berlin from Potsdam: the train will take you directly to Berlin Central Station in just 30 minutes without having to change trains!

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Die 100-jährige Villa hat viele Geschichten zu erzählen und wurde zwischenzeitlich saniert und modern ausgestattet. Euch erwartet eine gemütliche ruhige Wohnung mit privatem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekte Aufenthalt braucht. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück reserviert.
