Gästezimmer in einer neu restaurierten Berliner Altbauwohnunung mit eigenem Garten. Sie wurde als Gästewohnung, und Büro für den Gastgebern in 2023/24 hochwertig renoviert. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt im Prenzlauer Berg angrenzend an Mitte, hinter dem „Soho-House“. Küche/Essbereich, Bad und Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung unsere Gäste wenn wir das Büro Zimmer nicht nutzen. Wir wohnen direkt nebenan und versuchen, das Arbeitszimmer möglichst nur zu nutzen, wenn keine Gäste da sind.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.
