Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

People enjoy the quiet of our two guest rooms in the very heart of Barcelona. Although it's four stairs to climb, it is well worth it. A perfect place to relax after a busy day. The very spacious "Bianca" room is equipped with air-conditioning and heating and has a window. The shared open space area with American kitchen, little sitting & dining is the center of our home and connects the rooms of our guests with my and my husband's room on the opposite end of the L shaped apartment.
