Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

You can watch your favorite shows from Netflix, Amazon when you login & watch on TV. An outdoor space for a cup of coffee or meal when the weather is nice.

Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) We live in the adjacent room and upstairs, and available to help you with any questions or local tips.

It's a cosy and peaceful space equipped with a full functional kitchen, living room and large bedroom. We are just 2 blocks away from public tennis courts, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, Kits pool and shopping. The nearby bus stops can take you directly downtown or UBC in less than 20 minutes.
