Private room in a shared apartment. Memory foam bed. We have visitor parking by permit. 5 minute walk to Gilman square green line train. This apartment is centrally located 1.5 miles to Harvard, 2 miles to MIT, 1.3 miles to Tufts and 1.5 miles to Lesley universities. It is a 5 minute walk to Magoon Square. 15 minute walk to Union Square and a 20 minute walk to Davis Square. Davis square Red line trainstop is 20 minutes walk and Sullivan Square Orange line train stop is also 20 minutes walk.

My place is a beautiful new house located in the Hip neighborhood of Davis Sq in Somerville. Conveniently on the bike bath leading to Davis Sq with its T stop and all its great restaurants and bars (15 min walk). 2 Mins walk to the new Green line extension that takes you to Cambridge and Boston. Modern furnishings throughout with amazing light from all sides and double height cathedral ceilings in the living/dinning room. I also have 2 beautiful condos in Killington VT please ask for info

The room is great for individuals to at-most 2 people - great for visitors to Tufts/Harvard/MIT. Off-street parking $10/night available but must be reserved in advance (1st come 1st serve) . You MUST AGREE to install the August Smart Lock to access the premises. No physical keys.

This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.

It's a spacious bedroom with hardwood floors, a desk, 55-inch smart TV, and a very comfortable queen-size bed for 2. You would share the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with other guests in the 1300 sqft apartment. It's only about a 13 mins walk to the Sullivan Square Subway station on the Orange line and takes 10 mins straight into Boston. A quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store that's only one block away. Equipped with high-speed internet.
