The Nature House

Historic home located in downtown Madison. Walking distance to all the shops, dining, and riverfront. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for couples or groups. Our industrial loft is located in the historic Central Business District and NuLu area of Louisville. Local history mixes with a trendy and vibrant neighborhood known for its eclectic mix of art galleries, restaurants, and shops. The loft is situated close to all amenities and major attractions in downtown Louisville, including the popular Whiskey Row, Museum Row, Bourbon Trail and Louisville Slugger Field. We are a quick 12min drive to historic Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby.

We're sure you'll enjoy the views from the swing or wood rockers on our expansive covered porch. Located within easy driving distance of French Lick, Paoli Peaks and Patoka Lake. Boaters welcome!

The Charms River Side House.

This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.
