Modern house in an amazing area

The apartment is close to 2 lakes and the sea. Across the street is a nature reserve where you can swim, run, cycle and walk. 800 meters away is Stockholm's largest nature reserve (where, among other things you find Hellasgården) 1,6 kilometers away is a shopping center with restaurants. Train takes 18 minutes to Slussen and bus 7-20 minutes to the city, where you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer. At Nacka Strand, SL's shuttle boats leave for, among others, Djurgården and Nybroplan.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Be prepared to see wild roe deer very close to the house. The view and the light in the cabin in the morning is beautiful and peaceful.
