Welcome to our unique guesthouse nestled in the garden. One of the highest located residential areas. For Stockholm city adventures, take a short walk to the bus 409/449 to Slussen and the old town, only 10 km away. 2 stops with the Metro takes you further to city centre. By car, it’s a 15-minute ride to the heart of Stockholm. Don’t miss the city commuter boats at Nacka Strand, 5 km away. You’ll find a local bakery and food store within a 2 km walk and Nyckelviken nature reserve just 1 km away.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Stuga vid havet, nära både Stockholm och Vaxholm.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Hus vid stranden 45 minuter från Stockholm

Ett modernt hus byggt 2022 beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten, erbjuder det bästa av svensk natur endast 50 minuter från Stockholm City. Njut av Järnafjärdens fina bad- och fiskevatten från den privata bryggan, grilla med utsikt över fjärden och njut av morgonkaffet på det soliga bryggdäcket. Huset erbjuder allt du behöver för en trevlig vistelse!

Sjöstuga med strand, brygga och bastu

Efter ett av alla möjliga äventyr i naturreservatet, en paddel-, fiske- eller skridskotur på sjön, eller en sväng in till city kan du komma hem till detta mysiga lilla hus och njuta av sjöutsikten och lugnet. Kanske låter du stressen rinna av i bastun eller hängmattan följt av ett dopp eller en skön utedusch. Här är du nära naturen och stan på samma gång.
