Sweet Retreat - 3/2 Cozy Getaway - Close to City

Relax with your friends, your whole family or even by yourself in our beautifuly updated, spacious yet cozy & peaceful piece of heaven. We are an accessible, family friendly, well-stocked hideaway in the country that has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping and other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

Woodlands Guesthouse

Unique 30 acre estate located just 5 minutes from Stephen F Austin University. A gated home surrounded by towering pine and oak trees, meandering creeks, and a lovely walking nature trail. The spacious main house has 3 bedrooms, with a king in the master, a queen in the guest room, and a bunk bed in the children’s rec area. Spa-like master bathroom, full guest bath, and a powder bath. A 4th bedroom is located just steps away in the indoor pickleball barn conversion. Relax around the pool & deck

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

It is located 5 minutes from historic downtown, SFA, by restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. If traveling for work it is within 5 minutes from several of the industry’s in town. Close to both hospitals. Smoking prohibited inside home or closed in porch.
