Our beautiful home was only completed in October 2023, so it's all shiny & new. Peacefully situated on the banks of the river, with an abundant rainforest in the backyard. Only a 10 min walk to our beautiful main beach, our home is in the pefect location. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood you'll have the best of both worlds, with the bustle of the beach and then come home to your tranquil oasis. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Easy accessibility no steps separate entrance to house. 12km to Scotts Head, 4km to Grassy Head, 15min walk to local beach, 6min walk to shops. Double Bed, Ceiling fans, New bathroom and kitchen. Situated next to bush expect to see goannas, bugs and if you're lucky a lizard or two. You can also say hi to our chooks.

We are close to the village of Urunga, and a half-hour drive from Coffs Harbour airport. Enjoy the privacy, views, and the quiet, natural surroundings. We welcome families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The two storey unit (17 steps) has a bedroom with ensuite, lounge-room, and private balcony with BBQ.
